Aksys Games have announced at their Anime Expo 2018 panel that they are localising the second Code: Realize fandisc (Shirogane no Kiseki) under the name Code: Realize ~Wintertide Miracles~. The Idea Factory/Design Factory developed fandisc will release for PS4 and PS Vita in North America and Europe in 2019. Additionally, Aksys also note that the Vita version will likely be one of the last physical Vita releases in North America.

According to VNDB, the fandisc will contain after stories following the events and new routes in the first fandisc Future Blessings which came out for PS4 and PS Vita earlier this year. There will also be IF stories and a new stories with the main cast, one themed around Christmas.
