Sega just released three videos showing Hokuto ga Gotoku’s fight system in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced level. The videos have not been translated into English yet but show how game mechanics will work in the game, which is planned for March 8th on PlayStation 4. The fighting system is supposed to mix Yakuza’s gameplay and the art of Hokuto Shinken, which relies on hitting pressure points. While hitting pressure points is not mandatory it will greatly help the player during fights. Famous techniques like the Hokuto Hyakuretsuken will be available. The story of the game is not canon and features a city of miracles called Eden. Kenshiro will try to enter this city in his quest to find his missing girlfriend, Yuria.
