A PC port of the upcoming Monster Hunter World is currently being optimized for a fall 2018 launch, Capcom producer Ryozo Tsujimoto announced via video. This will place such a port months after the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions launch worldwide on January 26th.

While PC players wait until autumn, Monster Hunter World will get free post-launch updates, including new monsters and quests.

Announced at E3 2017, the new more western-influenced Monster Hunter boasts larger maps, bigger monsters, and up to four player online global quests. No exact release date for Monster Hunter World‘s PC port was given. In addition, a Nintendo Switch port also remains elusive.
