Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, a high quality Strategy RPG crossover experience, will receive a free versus mode this week. On December 8 the new competitive mode will see two players compete against each other with a team of three characters. Unlike the single player and co-op mode, players only get three total actions for their entire squad, meaning they will have to choose to move, attack or use a special ability much more wisely. Characters will be balanced independently of any perks gained in single player, instead having the option to use characters with variant abilities to mix things up.
