GUTS, which stands for Gory Ultimate Tournament Show, will allow you to chop your friends’ limbs off on November 15th on PC. The ridiculously violent fighting game will also release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but those versions will launch in early 2018.

Warning: the trailer contains gore and foul language.

In this twisted fighting game, opponents focus on removing limbs of their enemies with either their own weapons or with the environment. The game features both offline and online multiplayer along with party game and story modes.

GUTS will be available on Steam for $19.99. A demo is now available on its Steam page.

Gorey Fighting Action to Also Launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Early 2018

São Paulo – October 25, 2017 – Experience a new type of fighting game that shakes up the genre with the upcoming PC launch of hilariously ultraviolent GUTS (Gory Ultimate Tournament Show) from independent video game developer Flux Game Studio. Now releasing on November 15th for $19.99 with extra polish for the best and funniest fighting game experience, players interested in trying a demo prior to release can download the genre-changing fighter from the Steam page. In addition to the PC version, GUTS will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the beginning of next year.

GUTS is a radical fighting game that introduces original mechanics and eliminates health bars and timers. Instead, players must dismember their opponents by using deadly GUTS Moves and over-the-top environmental stage hazards to chop off arms and legs. Even while missing a limb or two, the brawl continues until one fighter emerges victorious. If nine lethal opponents weren’t enough, the controversial and politically incorrect world of GUTS features online and local multiplayer, party game modes as well as in a single-player story mode with a total of 18 different endings – two per character.

The genre-changing game features a dual-layered combo system that makes it easy to play so that someone new to fighting games may button-mash their way into dismemberments, while simultaneously allowing more seasoned fighting-game fans to perform amazing combos and difficult move sets and play at a professional competitive level.

“The fighting game community has been looking for something to shake up the genre, and GUTS provides an opportunity for them to experience a game that offers new ways to compete against opponents,” said Paulo Luis Santos, Founder of Flux Game Studio. “At the same time GUTS allows more people to try their hand at the genre thanks to the elimination of high barrier to entries that exist in other fighters. We love fighting games and want to give others a chance to play one without needing to know all the moves or having to worry about being outmatched by opponents.”

Set in the year of 2067, GUTS is a deadly reality TV show that feeds the blood lust of a

dystopian Earth. Players compete in bloody arenas to earn fame and fortune as the

world’s next fighting idol. In order to be the best, players must master special

combination moves, learn the ropes of the different move sets that change according to

how many limbs they still have left, time their severing attacks and evade their

opponent’s deadly blades.
