Another exclusive game revealed during Microsoft’s conference that instantly got my attention was The Last Night. At first I thought it was a 3D game, then realized it was a pixelated game set in a fully realized 3D world. Sort of. It’s hard to describe, but the vibrant pixel art in The Last Night, coupled with the great and moody tunes, has me excited. Which is beyond rare for me and Microsoft.

This exclusive XBox One title is being developed by Red Fury and looks to have a lot of DNA in common with classics such as Blade Runner and even more recent titles such as VA1-hall-A. I am quite excited for The Last Night, especially once it makes its way to other more mainstream systems, perhaps even Steam. It’s slated to release sometime in 2018.
