Xenoblade 2 | Music Sheets

According to Yasunori Mitsuda’s blog, the soundtrack for Xenoblade 2 will begin major production by the end of the month. A few tracks have already been done, but Mitsuda and the returning composers from the original game will make great headway soon.

Spending the day recording tracks by composer Yasunori Mitsuda for #nintendo Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Brilliant recording being done by Brian Masterson and brilliant singing from @anuna_michaelmcglynn #AnúnainJapan #yasunorimitsuda #videogames #studiorecording #tokyo #travel #japan #gamer

This comes a month after Mitsuda worked with the Irish and Celtic choral ensemble, Anúna. The group recorded a few songs for Xenoblade 2’s soundtrack.

Yasunori Mitsuda composed the ending theme to the original game, so it already appears he has more of a presence this time around. Xenoblade 2 releases on the Nintendo Switch sometime this year.
