Super Sonico | 10th Anniversary Wedding Figure

Good Smile Company is ready to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Nitroplus’ mascot, Super Sonico, with a brand new figure. The figure is based off an original illustration by Sonico’s creator, Tsuji Santa. Sonico looks ready for her wedding day with this special figure.

Good Smile Company describes the figure as follows:

A figure of Sonico in a beautiful wedding dress in celebration of Super Sonico’s 10th debut anniversary! The figure is based on an original illustration by Tsuji Santa and has been sculpted in 1/6th scale to capture her impressive dress and sexy appearance in lovely detail!

The wedding dress is an original design made especially for Sonico, bringing out her charm as much as possible for fans to enjoy by their side. She also comes with an alternate expression part to display her ready to tie the knot with her wedding kiss! Be sure to add this Sonico to your collection as your bride!

The Super Sonico 10th Anniversary Wedding Figure is sculpted by chiaki (knead) and painted by Iwabitsu. The figure is 1/6th scale and will stand approximately 35 cm tall.

The 10th Anniversary Super Sonico figure will cost approximately ¥18,056 (Before Tax, about $161.01). It is set to release in January 2018. You can pre-order from the Goodsmile Online Shop or J-List at the links below.


If you’re willing to go the extra mile for Sonico, there are two additional versions of the figure. They are the Marriage Box -SILVER- and Marriage Box -GOLD-.

These two versions come with wedding rings for the owner and one for Sonico. The ring for the owner is size 15 and the ring for Sonico is size 9. The ring sizes cannot be changed. Sonico’s ring will have a 0.03 carat diamond on the inside.

The two rings are engravable. Sonico’s ring will of course have “SONICO” engraved on it. The owner’s ring can be engraved with up to 10 alphabet letters in a Gothic font.

The Marriage Box version you choose determines the material the rings are made of. Marriage Box -SILVER- gets you two silver rings while Marriage Box -GOLD- gets you two 18 karat gold rings.
