Nioh | Fighting a cyclops

Nioh is a mere three weeks away, but that isn’t stopping Team Ninja from putting out another demo. Titled the Last Chance Trial, the demo runs through January 21st and the 22nd, but you will be able to pre-load the demo later today. The demo showcases an expanded version of what Team Ninja showed at Playstation Experience.

But wait, there’s more. For players strong enough to take on the demo, several rewards for the main game are available. Defeating the Main Mission nets you an Ogress Headgear. Defeating the Twilight Mission gives you another chance to get the Mark of the Conqueror and Mark of the Strong, two items that were previously attainable in the Alpha and Beta.

In order to access these items in the final game, be sure to keep your save data for the demo, though the Mark of the Conqueror and Mark of the Strong will also prompt you to download DLC. Visit the in-game shrines in order to receive these items.

Nioh launches on Playstation 4 on February 7th.
