Blue Reflection | Reflector

Today, Gust released a “concept image movie” for their upcoming RPG, Blue Reflection – The Girl’s Sword That Dances in Illusion (Blue Reflection – Maboroshi ni Mau Shōjo no Ken). The video is a mixture of live action sequences and artwork.

The game is set in modern day Japan, different from most of Gust’s fantasy settings. The main character, Yuki Takada, suffered an injury to her foot that crushed her dream of ballet dancing. However, she is granted the power of a Reflector, a magical girl, in order to grant her wish to dance again. But as the game progresses, Yuki questions what she is fighting and if her wish is worth it.

The game is set for Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita, but a release date has not been announced yet.
