If you’re a fan of old school 2D shmups, you may be interested in a little game called Soldner-X 2. While it’s true that it was initially available as a physical release through Limited Run Games, they only stocked 3200 copies. Though it’s a bummer that they are totally out of stock now, you’re in luck: since EastAsiaSoft has decided to do another physical print run of the game. Better yet, this time you, the customers, get to decide on the cover of the game by voting on their site!

Besides that, this physical edition comes with a sexy full color instruction manual (yes, to us ancients, this is the epitome of sexy), complete trophy support and PlayStation/Vita TV support. It also comes packaged with Solder-X 2: Final Prototype final DLC, so there is a lot to love about this release. While the quantity of this physical edition is yet to be revealed, I’m sure old school gamers and consummate collectors will be happy for a second opportunity to pick it up. Be sure to check out the full specs and voting website below!
