Today, PlayStation 4 gamers can get there hands on the gruesome gothic puzzle-combat platformer, Slain: Back From Hell. Released on PC earlier this year, the game features brutal hack and slash gameplay, as well as intense platforming gameplay. The enhanced Back From Hell version adds various tweaks to the gameplay systems, 6 new monsters, 3 new bosses, and 30 achievements.
Here is a little bit about the game from the press release:
Set in a dark, archaic world, Slain has players take control of a grizzled warrior as they seek to liberate the kingdom from deadly overlords. Using elemental weapons, lethal mana attacks and cunning skill, players will battle and exploit the weaknesses of enemies to either save the doomed land or face being slain themselves. A brooding heavy metal soundtrack from former Celtic Frost member Curt Victor Bryant adds to the ferocity and gothic aura of the game, serving to heighten the intensity throughout the myriad battles.
Slain: Back From Hell releases today in North America for $14.99, and tomorrow in Europe for €13.99. PlayStation Plus members also get a 10% discount on the game.
