Following the news of the Japanese release of Akiba’s Beat being delayed to Winter 2016, it was only natural that we’d get news of the Western release being delayed as well. The producer of the game,┬áJunichiro Tamura, confirmed this himself during the Tokyo Otaku Mode livestream at TGS 2016. The livestream contained gameplay footage which you can see below in the VOD, at the 5 hour 46 minute mark.

This news comes from DualShockers, who has reached out to XSEED Games for additional confirmation of the delay.

Eh? But this is common knowledge already. Knew it was delayed since July. Don’t know why this was a thing but I guess it’s for people who don’t know this news.

  • MusouTensei

That was to be expected, but there are enought games for the rest of this year already so that’s not a big loss for 2016.
