Nintendo and Capcom are teaming up once again to bring Link, Epona and Skull Kid to Monster Hunter Stories. Revealed during the Japanese Nintendo 3DS Direct, this collaboration will transform the main hunter into the Hero of Time. Epona will serve as a mount, taking the place of various monsters you can ride, and the Felyne companion will be transformed into a mini version of Skull Kid, complete with Majora’s Mask. Monster Hunter Stories is still only currently scheduled for release in Japan, but considering the popularity of this series worldwide it would be surprising if this game were not localized in the near future. Check out footage from the Direct below.
