Joshua Seth has finally been confirmed for the English dub of Digimon Adventure tri. – Chapter 1: Reunion.  Seth portrayed the main character Tai back in the original series. Also revealed was Colleen O’Shaughnessey, who hinted she would make a return but it wasn’t until now that it was confirmed.

Below is a list of the recently revealed cast members:

  • Joshua Seth as Tai
  • Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Sora
  • Cherami Leigh as Biyomon
  • Melodee M. Spevack as Birdramon
  • Tom Fahn as Agumon
  • Kyle Hebert as Greymon

As previously reported, the cast of the film is a mixture of both returning and recast voice actors for the English dub. Furthermore, Eleven Arts released a new trailer for Digimon Adventure tri. – Chapter 1: Reunion showcasing the English theme song.

The film is part of a Fathom Events one-night screening on September 15th. The movie will be available in 400 theaters, but then it will release nationally in major cities.
