A new promotional video for the Netoge no Yome wa Onna no Ko ja nai to Omotta? (And you thought there is Never a girl online?) anime has been streamed by its official website. The PV reveals the opening song for the anime and is called “1st Love Song.” “1st Love Song” is performed by the five-member idol group Luce Twinkle Wink☆. You can check out the new PV below.

The anime will be directed by Shinsuke Yanagi. Yanagi has previously worked on Ro-Kyu-Bu! SS and Momo Kyun Sword. Tatsuya Takahashi is in charge of the series’ composition. Takahashi has previously worked on THE iDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS and Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky. It will be produced by Project No. 9.
Netoge no Yome wa Onna no Ko ja nai to Omotta? is a light novel series written by Shibai Kineko and illustrated by Hisasi. It is published by ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki Bunko imprint. It currently has 8 volumes released.
The anime adaptation is set to premiere on April 7. It will broadcast on Tokyo MX at 11:30 pm. The anime will also broadcast on Sun TV and BS11 on April 7 at 26:00 and 24:30 respectively.
