NIS America has many big announcements for the Love Live! series. First off, both the 1st and 2nd season of Love Live! School Idol Project will start airing on Mnet America starting on February 5, 2016. This limited airing is being done in celebration of the releases of both the 1st Season Standard Edition and 2nd Season Premium Edition of Love Live! School Idol Project. Along with this news, NIS America has finally revealed the English voice cast for the anime. They also released some details on the Standard Edition and Premium Edition releases for the 1st and 2nd seasons of Love Live! School Idol Project. Huge Love Live! School Idol Project Announcements!

Love Live! | Title

Santa Ana, Calif. (February 5, 2016) – NIS America is pleased to announce several announcements today! First, Mnet America, the nation’s leading network dedicated to Asian American entertainment programming, will be airing Love Live! School Idol Project 1st Season and 2nd Season in their entirety to celebrate the release of Love Live! School Idol Project 1st Season Standard Edition and Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season Premium Edition. Finally, we would also like to officially announce the English VA cast for Love Live! School Idol Project!

Mnet Schedule and Programming Information

Love Live! will air on Fridays during prime time, beginning on February 5 at 9pm EST (6pm PST). Fans of Love Live! can enjoy this special, limited airing on Mnet America, available in more than 20 million homes across the country on Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Charter, Cox, Bright House and Verizon FiOS. NIS America will be releasing Love Live! School Idol Project 1st Season Standard Edition and 2nd Season Premium Edition on February 14th . The retail release of both the 1st and 2nd Season will feature the English dub, as well as the original Japanese voice track with English subtitles for the North American market.

The Premium and Standard Editions will be available at the following select online retailers: Right Stuf, The Anime Corner Store, Anime Pavilion, Collectors Anime and NIS America Online Store.

About Love Live! School Idol Project

Otonokizaka High School is planning to close within three years. However, nine female students come together with one thing in mind— to form an idol group to revive the school’s popularity and keep it from shutting down. “In order to protect our beloved school, there’s only one thing we can do…become school idols!” Their goal is simple: Become an overnight sensation and use their nationwide media exposure to promote their school and bring in a wave of new students to the ailing area.
