Fire Emblem Fates is just around the corner, and Nintendo has released another 30 second ad for the upcoming strategy RPG. The short trailer mixes cinematics and gameplay while emphasizing the different sides of the war the main character will be taking part in. There are glimpses of the partner mechanic, destructible environments, and combat. Nintendo released a commercial the other day focused on the two kingdoms the main character has to choose from.
The marketing is keeping the dual nature of Fire Emblem Fates as a running theme. It will be interesting to see if Revelation and other DLC will get some attention as well. Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright and Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest will release in North America on February 19.
