Asterisk War | oprainfall

The Vita seems to have found its niche for anime and JRPG nerds that the PS2 once laid claim to. Bandai Namco has announced a game based on the light novel by Yuu Miyazaki. It’s already gotten a manga adaptation and is slated for an anime adaptation entitled The Asterisk War: The Academy City On The Water.

The game will have the tentative subtitle Houka Kenran and will be out in Japan in 2016. As always, an American release is most likely dependent on the success of the anime. It will be a ‘simulation action.’  Take a gander at the announcement trailer below:
