Nick Arcade Creators Kickstart Successor: Enthlevel

Nick Arcade successor is in the works if the Kickstarter is successful.

How many of you remember the show Nick Arcade? To anyone who remembers Nick Arcade, it was a game show based around video games and video game trivia. Co-creators James Bethea and Karim Miteffhost along with host Phil Moore have launched a Kickstarter campaign for a spiritual successor called Enthlevel. Enthlevel is going to have a similar formula to Nick Arcade with VR games and rounds of gameplay and trivia.

The initial goal for the campaign is $350,000.00. The money will be used to create a presentation reel to send to producers in the hopes of getting picked up for a pilot episode in the hopes of getting a full season. Stretch goals have also been revealed for getting a pilot episode with fully developed custom games that will be given to backers ($1,250,000) and a full season where special backers can get the chance to be on the show as an extra or hang out in the green room as a VIP ($2,750,000).

Do you believe this is a worthwhile project? Will you be backing this Kickstarter or do you believe Nick Arcade should remain in the past? Share your thoughts below.
