Mobile Suit Gundam Side Stories | oprainfall

There are only two weeks left until the newest addition to the Gundam video game series, Mobile Suit Gundam Side Stories, is released. It is a collection of several Gundam side story games remade into HD, along with a new one. The newest addition is called Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: Missing Link which contains a revised combat system that all the remakes will be based off of.

Missing Link features both ground and space battle from both sides of the original One Year War. Players will be able to play from the perspective of either the Earth Federation Forces’s “Slave Wraith” battalion or the Principality of Zeon’s team of washouts called “Marchosias.”

To get fans excited, Bandai Namco has released two brand new trailers for the game.

The first trailer showcases the updated Mobile Suit Gundam: Zeonic Front which originally came out in Japan in 2001 on the PlayStation 2.

This next trailer focuses on Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: The Blue Destiny. A Japan-only release that came out in 1996, this game was originally for the Sega Saturn.

Mobile Suit Gundam Side Stories comes out in Japan on May 29th and is currently retailing at $ 79.99 USD. There is no word yet on a Western release.
