Borderlands 2 Vita Bundle | oprainfall

Today, via the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced the Borderlands 2 Vita bundle will launch in North America on May 6th. The Borderlands 2 bundle will include the new Vita 2000 model with 1GB internal memory, high def LCD screen, and a better battery life than the previous model.

For those looking to purchase the standalone game, it will be available digitally on May 6th. However, if you looking for a physical copy, you will have to wait bit longer until May 13th.

The Vita version will launch with 6 of the add-on packs already included. These include Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty, Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage, the Psycho and Mechromancer Character Classes, the Ultimate Vault Hunter’s Upgrade Pack, and the Collector’s Edition pack. There is also a cross-save feature with the PS3 version of the game. Yep, never stop playing takes on a whole new meaning here, folks.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
