Pokémon Bank | oprainfall

Oh god. Ahem. Must maintain journalistic integrity. Okay, now that I’ve gathered my wits, I have a very exciting announcement to make! As of today, February 5th 2014, the Pokemon Bank is live and ready for action on the Nintendo eShop in North America!

Until March 14th the service is a free trial, but after that point fans will need to make an annual payment of $5 to keep their Pass current. Honestly, that is a very fair price for the chance to store and access up to 3,000 Pokemon from previous games such as Black and White 1 & 2. Better yet, the Bank will remind you 14 days before your Pass expires. The announcement can also be found on Serebii, but why not just head to the eShop and check yourselves? Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a shiny Giratina to transfer to my copy of Pokemon Y
