A new batch of 40 games and applications have been approved via the Steam Greenlight community. These titles will be released later on Steam. For now, let’s look at what’s coming soon.

Freedom Fall - I Planned This Place | Steam Greenlight

Freedom Fall is a 2D vertical-scrolling platformer that features the player character, Marsh, escaping a Princess’ tower. The story is told rather uniquely as you follow writings on the wall from the Princess. Check out Charlotte Buckingham’s review of the game as well as her interview with developer Lisa Rye.

Gunman Clive | Steam Greenlight

Gunman Clive is a side-scrolling platform shooter with a unique sketch-shaded art style. The game has already released on mobile devices and the 3DS eShop, and has been well-received by critics.

Harvest | Steam Greenlight

Harvest is a 2D graphic adventure game similar to Snatcher and Ace Attorney. The game will have painted, hi-resolution artwork, a full voice cast, and promises an engrossing story and gameplay. Check out our Spotlight of the game from earlier this year.

Liege | Steam Greenlight

Liege is a tactical RPG with hand-drawn visuals that promises a mature story that is, as Coda Games put it on their Greenlight page, “more Game of Thrones, less Final Fantasy XIII- in RPG form!” The game is also expected to release on PS4, PS Vita, and Wii U consoles. Check out our Spotlight of the game as well as our interview with John Rhee from Coda Games.
