Our technical issues are finally behind us! We’re happy to announce that every single episode of The Downpour Podcast is readily available on the iTunes music store! If iTunes isn’t your cup of tea, you can still check out this page for a newly updated archive of past episodes! Lastly, be sure to follow the show on Twitter for more interactivity!
Welcome to another Monday, and to another episode of The Downpour Podcast.
This week: lots of talk about the Nintendo Direct that just happened (featuring discussions about Professor Layton, Summer Carnival ’92: RECCA and more), future stuff coming from Nintendo, the Attack on Titan 3DS & Browser games, and much more! As far as what we’ve been playing, expect plenty of talk about Dragon’s Crown and Tales of Xillia. Also: Randy began his journey with EarthBound; he has quite a bit to say. And Jared talks about games like Catherine and Dance Dance Revolution.
This week’s discussion features Jonathan, Jared and Randy talking about their “rage-quit” moments in gaming. This is surely a few minutes everyone can relate to. There are plenty of broken controllers, dying over and over again, and just plain giving up. After that, the show dives into anime. Jonathan has finally watched EVA. More on that when you hear from them next.
Don’t forget about our contest going on until August 15th! You can read more about that here.
As usual, we always appreciate your feedback. Please let us know how you feel in the comments below, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
