So, Nintendo decided to release Earthbound in both North America and Europe this past Thursday with absolutely no warning. Could they have planned the launch a little better to get people properly hyped? Probably. Could they have released it at $7.99 instead of $9.99? Maybe. But who cares? Earthbound is finally available again. Not only that, but Nintendo actually made a trailer that isn’t just some game footage with a lame voice-over. To celebrate, the Operation Rainfall Retro Commercial Research Team (in other words, me) will show you said commercial in this week’s Special Wrap-Up.
