Ranko Tsukigime - oprainfall

Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day, a side-scrolling beat-em-up, was revealed earlier this week in Famitsu. The game is being developed by Goichi Suda, CEO of Grasshopper Manufacture; and Crispy’s, who developed Tokyo Jungle. The story involves Ranko, the only daughter of the man who owns Tsukigime Enterprises, a conglomerate which controls Japan’s Tsukigime Parking Lots. Ranko herself is a high school student and a hitman who has to evade a rival syndicate to reach her target. The game has its roots in the upcoming Short Peace anime film.

Players will be able to defeat their enemies by using “Effects.” Being caught means it’s game over. Here are some screenshots of this bizarre yet interesting looking game.
