This morning, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed that a new entry in the Scribblenauts series was on its way. In this entry, the Scribblenauts series takes its first step into the large universe of DC Comics with Scribblenauts Unmasked. Along with the announcement, they revealed this epic trailer:

5th Cell once again has you playing as Maxwell as you travel to Metropolis, Gotham City, and many other locations throughout the DC Universe as you aid the Justice League face off against the villains of the DC Universe. Scribblenauts Unmasked will have all of the Scribblenauts features you know and love, but also add a new dynamic to the fun called “Heroic Feats”.

These “Heroic Feats” continuously generate original scenarios and puzzles that require different solutions each time you solve them. Scribblenauts Unmasked also brings an ability to combine your favorite heroes to make some very bizarre characters, as Jeremiah Slaczka, C.E.O. and Creative Director at 5th Cell, says that, “Players will be challenged to craft new and never-before-seen characters such as Wonder Joker or Bane Lantern and use them to solve puzzles or share them with friends.”

Scribblenauts Unmasked comes out this fall for Wii U, 3DS, and PC.
