The German USK website has published the listing for Harvest Moon 3D: A New Beginning. It shows that the publishing duty for this game is being handled by Zen United instead of Rising Star Games. Rising Star Games usually handles the Harvest Moon games in the PAL territories after 2004, where Nintendo and Ubisoft published select titles beforehand.  Zen United, meanwhile, usually handles the BlazBlue series. It’s unclear why Rising Star Games decided to pass on the latest Harvest Moon title as of this writing.

Harvest Moon 3D: A New Beginning has currently sold around 420,000 copies worldwide, with nearly 60% of those sales coming from Japan. The release date for this game is still unknown.
