In our previous article regarding Shin Megami Tensei IV‘s pre-order costumes, we reported that two of these pre-order DLC costumes were exclusive bonuses from Canadian retailers EB Games and Amazon Canada. It has now been revealed that the Amazon Canada pre-order costume will also be available for US customers upon pre-ordering at Amazon.com.

So, if anybody thought the trench-coat costume looked really cool, then you’re in luck, because that one will also be available for American Amazon customers.

So, by pre-ordering from Amazon, buyers of Shin Megami Tensei IV will not only get the first-print edition bonuses; the soundtrack and strategy guide, but will also get the bonus costume. Here is the description from Amazon:

Pre-order Shin Megami Tensei IV and get the Limited Edition Box Set. Box set not only includes the Shin Megami Tensei IV game, but a 176-page Strategy & Design Book produced by Prima Games, a Shin Megami Tensei Music Collection CD, and a Collectible Slipcase. In addition to the Limited Edition Box Set, capture the spirit of the Amazon package with its cardboard color, signature smile logo, and bar code is this imaginative upper body armor for the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado’s Samurai.

EB Games customers in the US will also be getting a pre-order DLC costume, but it’s the same one as Gamestop’s, which is unfortunate since the costume with the jacket looked really cool as well. What’s fair is fair, I guess.

Shin Megami Tensei IV will be available on July 16, 2013. If you plan to pre-order from Amazon now, thanks to that cool costume, then go now and be a trooper.
