Kim Swift, lead developer of Portal and Quantum Conundrum, is working with Airtight Games on an OUYA-exclusive game known as Soul Fjord.
Soul Fjord is a roguelike with randomly generated levels and rhythm-based combat. It takes place in a world “where the genres of 70’s Funk and Soul meld with Norse mythology”. The main character, Magnus Jones, dies in battle. Normally, a warrior of his caliber would have been invited to Valhalla, but for reasons unknown, his name wasn’t on the guest list. Since Valhalla is “the hottest club in Yggdrasil”, Magnus Jones isn’t gonna take this snub lying down. So Jones begins a quest to climb the World Tree, save his reputation, and jazz it up at “the party that’ll end the world”, Ragnarok.
