Bethesda is teasing us with a short Vine video clip. If you are thinking this is Fallout-related, think again! Bethesda’s vice president of PR and marketing, Pete Hines, has taken to Twitter on his personal account and shot that idea down.

Here is what we know; the clip is about 4 seconds long and starts off with a shot of some barbed wire followed by some brief flashes of, well, I don’t know what. Polygon has informed us that these pieces of paper are shots of some very old music. The first shot appears to be that of a 33 1/3 vinyl record by The Moonbeam Trio, which was directed by George Shackley and titled, “Planned program service program no. 416.”

Maybe this means something to someone?  Sadly, I have no further insights to offer, but hopefully, one of you can enlighten me on any possible meanings behind this video. Either way, you know I love to share a tease, and this is definitely a tease!
