Might and Magic as an RPG has a long history, going back to 1986. However, since the largely negative reception of 2002’s Might and Magic IX, the RPG side of the franchise has given way to the strategic encounters of the Heroes of Might and Magic series. However, Ubisoft officially announced Might and Magic X Legacy for the PC (and only the PC, so far). Here’s the announcement trailer:
In the brief glimpses of gameplay, I saw… classic Might and Magic. Color me intrigued.
