As of yesterday’s PSN update, Wired Production’s Moe Fishing sim, Let’s Fish! Hooked On, is available for download on the Vita.  It uses the Vita’s touch screen to create a realistic fishing experience, while keeping a sense of fast arcade fun. Developed by the team that created Sega Bass Fishing and with character designs from famed anime artist Poyoyon Rock, this game looks to bring something special to table. A 40-hour story mode in a fishing game is completely unheard of!  I am very excited to see how this all plays out, and you can look for my full review coming in the days ahead.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.

I’ll wait for your review, but I’ve heard pretty negative stuff so far.

Yeah it looks sub-par… i’m happy with Fishing Resort on Wii as my go to fishing game. Unless this gets praises everywhere, i’ll skip.
