Very few people in the West know what Bravely Default: Flying Fairy is about, or even what it is. The idea behind these updates is to bring you up to speed with the details of the game. (Spoiler free of course) Keep in mind that a lot of details are hard to find with little to no translated details of the games story. Now here we go, starting with Tiz Oria.

Tiz was a shepherd boy whose homeland is consumed by a catastrophe. By chance, Tiz miraculously managed to survive the huge calamity that left a giant hole in a region of Gardisra where his village Nolende once stood. He’s deeply depressed that he was unable to save his sister and sole relative in the disaster. Meeting Agnes Oblige during his adventure, Tiz feels a need to protect her to the very end.

In Bravely Default Flying: Fairy there is a minigame based around re-building Tiz’s home town of Nolende. This is done by recruiting people from StreetPass or the internet. This alone could take hundreds of hours to completion; however it can be sped up by gaining people from StreetPass. Special shops not found anywhere else can be built here, along with normal shops with significantly better equipment.

Within the games job system, Tiz has these jobs at his disposal: Free Lancer, Monk, White Mage, Black Mage, Red Mage, Time Mage, Knight, Magic Swordsman, Merchant, Thief, Valkyrie, Summoner, Hunter, Swords master, Pirate, Ninja, Chemist, Super Star, Paladin, Dark Knight, Magus, Devout, Evoker, Vampire, Onion Knight (special costume).

Check back next time for Agnes Oblige!
