You heard that right. is running the insane deal of over forty Sega Genesis/Megadrive games for 10 dollars. And they’re not forty titles you’ve never heard of, either; this is almost every single game that made the Sega Genesis/Megadrive notable. The bundle is also DRM free, so once you buy them, they’re yours forever! You don’t even have to sign up for a service like Steam or Desura, either. Just buy them, download them, and play! Hurry up, though, because the bundle expires on the 24th (that’s next Wednesday). I think I should cut right to the chase and just show you the list.

  • So, like an emulator? I’ve never heard of this site. Is this legal?

    • I can guarantee its legality. And I can guarantee they all work. I bet this is the news SEGA was teasing for “old school” fans yesterday.

The files are officially endorsed by Sega of Europe.

  • Do I want 40+ Sega games on my computer!?
    Yes.  Yes I do.
    Money well spent..

  • There’s still no Guardian Heroes 🙁

    • Guardian Heroes is for the Saturn, good sir. This appears to be a Sega Genesis Collection.

    • Oops, wasn’t aware at the moment. Thanks, sir, though I really hope that Guardian Heroes will come to the PSN/PS3 or PC. I don’t have a Xbox 360 and I’m really interested in its gameplay (the Bleach DS Fighting games have, according to many, gameplay based of GH).

    • Guardian Heroes is one of the only Saturn games I’ve ever played. I’m not kidding when I say it’s one of my favorite games of all time. If you can’t borrow a friend’s 360, though, I recommend playing Code of Princess for a similar vibe to what you’d get if you had a Saturn/360.

Watch out for input lag. Even with my Core i7 950 and 12 GB of RAM, I experienced input lag, even at 640 x 480, as long as v-sync was on.

  • awesome deal but i got ultimate genesis collection for ps3, not much worth for me here since i rather have em for console.

  • No Phantasy Star 2? Darn.

  • This is basically the Ultimate genesis Collection that was released for the 360/PS3. Only not as good cause it doesn’t have the Phantasy Star series >.<

  • Gin
