Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

Yes, you heard right.

Famitsu has confirmed what everyone wanted to hear: Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will indeed support up to 1080p high-definition resolution. Not only that, but 5.1 LPCM surround sound will also be available. Since the game is essentially a port of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on the 3DS (Monster Hunter 3G in Japan), who knew Capcom would go all the way with this. It’s nice to see them putting in the effort for a true HD experience.

The Wii U version will have online play while the 3DS version however will not; it will only have local mutliplayer. Although, if enough fans make some noise, they’ve said they might add it.
