Progress is the theme of the day for a recent blog post from Ghostlight, Ltd.  The British publisher has stated that they are close to announcing release dates for a trio of games for Nintendo handheld systems: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2, and Crash City Mayhem.

The two Shin Megami Tensei games are tactical RPGs that have you control groups of summoned demons that are led by the main human protagonists.  Devil Survivor Overclocked is a 3DS remake of the original Devil Survivor with additional content and 3D capabilities.  Devil Survivor 2 is the sequel on the Nintendo DS, taking place across all of Japan.  Both games have already been released in North America and Japan.  This will be the first time any Devil Survivor game will release in Europe.

Crash City Mayhem, known as Runabout 3D: Drive Impossible, is a destructive driving game from the Runabout series.  The series has had releases worldwide in previous incarnations but have opted not to release in North America in the last game, Runabout 3: Neo Age, and this game.

It’s always good to see games get localized, especially when you never got the original version of a game.  We hope our friends in Europe enjoy all three of these games.  We’re already enjoying two of them.
