Video game licenser and publisher Aksys Games will be bringing the MMORPG Ragnarok Tactics: Princess of Light and Darkness to North America on PlayStation Portable.  The newest member of the Ragnarok series of online games, Ragnarok Tactics is promoting “an epic original story with numerous warring factions and multiple endings!”

The Ragnarok Online games were inspired by the Korean comic Ragnarok, created in 1995.  The video games began releasing in 2002 with most games coming to the PC (Ragnarok DS had been the only iteration to appear on a console until recently).  The announcement comes just over a month after Xseed Games announced Ragnarok Odyssey for the PlayStation Vita, making Tactics the third game to come to a handheld console.

Ragnarok Tactics is scheduled for a Fall 2012 release.  No rating has been given as of yet.
